Dependable, Respectful, Quality, Teachable... If those words mean something to you, then lets talk. I have struggled for years with employees, subcontract or not, responsibility, waiting, calling, texting. This has been, 100% a source of the problem. Trying to get a grown man first just to come to work. Just show up. First I work 6 to 7 days a week. With a good helper that should be 5 good full days and then we make enough money to spend with our families, go to church, have fun....what ever you used to do. Ahhh, Have fun, that is the key. The labor pool has changed over the years. Everybody wants to be the boss. The construction industry is full of to many bosses. SO.... Looking for someone that first knows what real work is. Respects my time, shows up, understands a timeline. Can be given a task and is comfortable with doing it or at least asking a question. Construction - cabinets, trim, millwork, furniture, maybe kitchen or bath remodel. Possible travel 2 or 3 days. If that is you respond in english. You see how much time is spent on a rant about what we don't want, when we should be making our industry better by putting out a quality product.
