I have very heavy steel gate that has come off its hinge. The gate is too large and heavy to lift back into place by hand, so I will use my tractor that has a bucket attachment with a chain looped through this part of the gate to maneuver it into place: To to the job, I need to remove the weld from the hinge shown here: Once the weld is removed, I will set the gate back in place and will weld the hinge back in place exactly as shown in the photo above. I want to hire an individual or team to: 1. help me attach a chain- that I will provide- to the loop in the gate, as shown above 2. help me maneuver the gate back into place atop the already welded bottom hinge. I will use my tractor to lift and move the gate but I need help to steady it 3. remove the weld from the top hinge and then re-weld the same hinge in place once the gate is set in place using your own welding equipment I will pay $600 cash to the individual or team that completes 1-3 above. When the gate was knocked from its hinge, the automatic opener that powers the fence was also damaged. I will pay an additional $400 cash for the same team or a different team to dig up the wires that power the automatic opener. The wires are encased in a plastic cover and are buried about 2' beneath the ground. The wires run about 26'. To sum up I will pay: 1. $600 for an individual or team to help me set the very heavy gate back in place and remove and re-weld the gate hinge. 2. I will pay an additional $400 for the same individual/team or a different individual/team to dig an approximately 2' deep by 26' long trench to expose existing underground wires for the gate opener. The existing wires do not connect to power and are not an electrocution risk. I will not make a partial payment, based on partially completed work. I will not pay anything until the work is entirely finished. Please note that you will not be able to work here, unless you are willing to show a current photo id to me when you arrive to work (if that bothers you, please dont call me). Also, I do not have any other photos of the job, so please dont call me if you need photos and please dont call me if you are not available to work NOVEMBER 18, 19, OR 20 before noon. Please call/text 313-938-4817 only if you have your own shovel (if u want to dig the trench for me), or your own portable welding equipment and filler rod/flux (if you want to help me weld the gate hinge), and you are available to work NOVEMBER 18, 19, OR 20, and can arrive to work at my house in Salem County (I am 10 minutes from Salem, NJ) before noon
