Urgent! Dog needs foster/adopter by the 20th.

Hi, I'm Falafel (Compatibility with dogs unknown) I am set to be euthanized on 11/20. Why am I E-listed? I'm afraid of this shelter...It is not humane to keep me here and I need some training regarding fear of leash. What a petite cutie I am!! I'm a 3-year-old, neutered male, black and brown Rottweiler (47 lbs) I came in with a nice man who found me. I was friendly but soon that changed. The shelter scares me, and within 24 hours, the fear and stress set in! I'm so afraid, I sit in the corner of my kennel with tail tucked (see video in comments). I do not like the leash around my neck. I have made some progress on interacting with people but continue to be conflicted. There are times when I wag my tail when approached and then retreat. I don’t seek interaction with staff, but I am tolerant of them being close to me and have allowed my head to be petted repeatedly without moving away. No dog-to-dog eval was done so I have no idea how I am with other dogs. The shelter requires that adopter has a Behavior Team consult before I leave and that children in the home be 12+. I need an experienced adopter/ foster that will be patient, understanding of fearfulness, and able to get me training. I might need to be transported home in a crate. I may be escape-oriented, so you need to supervise me when I am out in the yard. Will you be the one that helps me? I don’t want to be put down! Will you save my life?
