******************************* $5000.00 Sign on Bonus**************************** Lead HVAC Installers at Academy Air enjoy great pay & benefits including: - 100% Free Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance to Employees - Year-round vacation opportunities - Company Vehicle – fully stocked - Tool and boot allowance - 401(k) with company match up to 4% - Basic & Optional Life Insurance - Paid time off and Holidays - Company supplied cell phones and tablets Lead HVAC Installation Technician Responsibilities: - Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications - Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field - Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have - Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation - Properly connect equipment (electrical hook-ups and gas lines) - Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company’s requirements Lead HVAC Installer Requirements: - 3 Years HVAC installation experience (3 years experience required for the sign on bonus) - HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school - Valid drivers’ license - Clean driving record - Flexible availability - Ability to handle heavy equipment - Ability to work outdoors - Written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of computers *Sign on bonus: 3 years experience required-bonus to be paid out after requirements are met, the hiring manager will explain these requirements.
