There is a large support community across the world, so you have support almost 24/7. Since all software is free, I only charge for my time and tools if I install for you. I will install a new operating system from Linux for $60 each computer, provide a back-up disc for important files, and create a backup USB. For $20 I will create a Boot-able USB flash drive which will enable you to install the system on your own, or for $30 I will create a USB with multiple distributions you can test out before you install. There is never a charge for the software, it is all open source and free.
