M looking for F to workout with and motivate each other. Platonic 30-55 would be the appropriate age group. I belong to the Genesis clubs. I'm really not 100% comfortable in the gym, so thought it would be good to couple up with somebody and we could share our combined experience in the gym, work on getting healthy for 2022! I'm available during the days mostly, M-F.
