Experienced Christmas Light Installer - Roofing Experience

Looking for an EXPERIENCED custom Christmas light installer familiar with custom cut/made to fit Christmas lights. Will need to fill out a tax form and you will receive a 1099. MUST have installed A LOT of Christmas lights before from the ROOF, not looking for a ladder only installer as that is of no value to me, be extremely comfortable on some tall steep roofs and wanting to work at minimal 8am to 6pm everyday We will take off for bad weather days and Sunday's are optional. I do not have time to train you so you MUST have done this before. Please do not message me if you have not done exactly as what I have asked you to be capable of. Pay will equal out to as much as $200 to $250 per day for someone with a valid drivers license, can drive a truck, lead a crew and can travel to the Cypress/Fairfield area daily and be on time. If you do not have a valid drivers license but meet the criteria please still reach out as I might be interested in you riding and working with another crew. I will pay you Venmo/Cashapp/Check daily for the first several days to get you some money right away (if needed) and then after a few days of that I pay weekly via the same options every SATURDAY evening. For what it’s worth once on site you can speak with my other installers to confirm that I pay what I say I pay and pay when I say I will pay, they are obviously not there working for free. You must be able to get to the Cypress/Fairfield/NW Houston area daily to get your list of houses and then go out in the immediate area to install. Looking for someone ready to work immediately as we are behind and have over 100 houses left to go. We will work through the first to possibly second week of December so since we’ve already started installing a month ago we only have a few weeks left. Again please do not message me if you have not done exactly as what I have asked you to be capable of as you are wasting your time. If you say you can do this we will find out real quick if you are lying so be ready to head home if you are not capable of what abilities I have asked for. I don't know how else to say it to make it clear what I am looking for. I will also work out a deal supplying Cougar Paws for those that don't have them.
