Here at Associated Cleaning our Window and Floor Technicians provide focused, specialized cleaning with top-of-the-line training, processes, chemicals and tools to provide customers with a more in depth and/or restorative service. They also work with residential and commercial customers around the service area to provide carpet, windows, floors, and specialized building service tasks that vary by location. Qualifications & Requirements: 1. No prior experience in the field required, training is provided for qualified applicants. 2. Must have a valid driver’s license. 3. Able to work on feet for 10 hours, able to bend, twist, and lift 100 lbs. regularly throughout shift. 4. Must have a work history of being employed on average two years or more at each job for the last 4+ years. Responsibilities: 1. Drive & Maintain Company Van. 2. Perform carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, window cleaning and paint removal, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, building washing, power washing, parking lot blowing, yard maintenance and more as trained & directed. 3. Moving and carrying furniture, equipment and trash in weight limits of up to 100 lbs. 4. Work on ladders and in confined spaces. 5. Changing lights. 6. Small equipment maintenance and repair. 7. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Work Environment: 1. Work is indoor and outdoor. Schedule: 1. Day Shift 2. Monday – Friday 3.
