NYE Glam Disco Mini Sessions Session Details A super fun, glam, NYE-themed photoshoot with your BFFs - the perfect excuse to get dressed up and celebrate surviving 2020 and take some gorgeous photos! Mini Session Cost: $25015 Minute Session10 Edited Digital ImagesOnline Gallery DownloadPrinting Rights*Please note only up to 3 people per shoot are allowed. If your group contains more than 3 people, please book separate sessions.* Ticket Details The mini session retainer of $100 is due upon booking to hold the CLIENT’s time slot. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance of $150 is payable in full prior to or on the day of the SESSION in either cash, check, credit card or through the Venmo or Zelle App. Please contact Monika at [email protected] with any questions. Location We'll be using the Lumen Room White for our studio. It's a bright, beautifully lit location. Props include disco balls, twinkle lights, and mid-century modern green couch. Parking/Directions Available street parking and lots nearby. The studio space is in a shared building with a restaurant on the third floor. Take the elevator to the third floor and suite 302 will be on your right. Wait outside until your appointment time and Monika will come get you. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to avoid any potential delays. If you are not on time, this will cut into your session time. (Look up The Lumen Room White for full directions on their website.) Should the CLIENT cancel their reservation, the COMPANY will retain the CLIENT’s $100 non-refundable deposit due to loss of business as a result. Copyrights The photographs produced by the COMPANY are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the COMPANY's explicitly written permission. If the CLIENT has purchased images (electronic files, flash drive, CD, or prints) from the COMPANY, upon final payment by the CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT. If the CLIENT has purchased photographs from the COMPANY, the COMPANY grants the CLIENT permission to share the images on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites if the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to the COMPANY. The CLIENT must obtain written permission from the COMPANY prior to publishing or selling the photographs. A print release will be provided to CLIENT to obtain prints of digital images purchased from COMPANY. Model Release The CLIENT hereby assigns the COMPANY the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images. The CLIENT agrees that the COMPANY may use such photographs of him/her with or without his/her name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. (Photos may be displayed on monikanormandphoto.com as well as social media pages including, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram). Limit of Liability In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the COMPANY's control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, memory cards or equipment malfunction, the COMPANY liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the SESSION. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the photos lost based on the percentage of total number of originals. The COMPANY will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the photography SESSION, free of charge, should images be compromised for any reason. The COMPANY is not liable for the loss of images beyond the final delivery of all products included in the package. All edited images are kept by the COMPANY for three months after the SESSION date as a courtesy, and after this time, they may be deleted. Covid safety measures will be in place (social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizer will be used by the photographer and clients). The CLIENT agrees to not attend their session if they or anyone in their party is experiencing covid symptoms. Capture + Delivery The COMPANY is not liable to deliver every image taken during the SESSION. The CLIENT must work with the COMPANY to express poses, locations, and ideas to be captured. The determination of images delivered to the CLIENT is left to the discretion of the COMPANY. The COMPANY will deliver selected edited images to the CLIENT within two weeks of the SESSION. Post Production + Editing The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the COMPANY. Full retouching (blemish removal, teeth whitening, etc.) will be applied if CLIENT has opted to purchase. If additional editing is requested by the CLIENT, the COMPANY will bill the CLIENT at a rate of $50/hr. The CLIENT has reviewed the COMPANY’s portfolio prior to the scheduled SESSION.
