Train new temporary associates on proper GFCS procedures and Review Safety Orientation polices. Performs clerical, administrative, and general office duties Verifying all paperwork for accuracy against Customer’s freight processing system Billing, completely and accurately as to avoid any potential claims in a timely manner to keep the dock flowing smoothly Processing all outbound paperwork accurately. Checking for potential errors as to avoid claims Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels including co-workers, management, customers and vendors Typing, records, and file maintenance, document creation, mail distribution, and telephone reception Job Requirements: Must send Resume to obtain and interview Computer Experience in GFCS and MS Office. DC Yard experience a plus Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed including weekends Ability to take on and learn additional tasks as needed Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and accurate to avoid potential claims Computer experience in MS Office including Outlook Must have reliable transportation For your safety, full COVID-19 procedures in effect daily.
