Description
This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II to work at a 44 unit and 55-unit multi-family affordable housing community in Los Angeles, CA. Qualified candidates will have two years of general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. HVAC Certification preferred. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus. Salary commensurate to experience. Position pays $24.00/hr.
