Looking for a full-time maintenance person to work 30+ hrs a week in three well-maintained properties in close proximity, 66 units total, in Vancouver. The maintenance person shall be responsible, under the supervision of the on-site manager and Management Company, for all phases of the operations of the property, including but not limited to, the general maintenance of the property.
Apartment Turnovers: Prepping apt for painting/cleaning, installing verticals, hanging Closet/Interior Doors and exterior, cleaning globes/face-plates, drywall repairs, replacing screens, repairing and/or replacing appliances.
Maintenance Requests: Repairing and/or replacing all indoor and some outdoor aspects of a home.
Fans, water heaters, faucets, cabinets, doors interior & exterior, appliances, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, locks, weatherstripping, etc.
Running off property errands to pick up supplies & maintaining maintenance records.
Skills required:
Minimum of high school diploma/GED
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to adhere to fair housing laws
Enjoy working with others
Must be able to push/pull 70lbs
Must have own tools
Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
