Pre covid you and I would get together for lunchtime conversations about all manner of topics. From sports to politics and from history to religion. There were no topics to heavy for two men, you older than I, to delve in to. We both had separate lives, and we didn’t get to see each other as often as either liked. On some occasions you and I would be able to get together on a more intimate level. Me loving the way you made me feel about the person I really am, and you loving the way I looked in my blue and white polka dot dress and red sky high heels. I hope that you are out there somewhere and stumble upon this reminder of good times and yearn for a future re-connection.
