Unfortunately gyms will not be allowed to open but wide open spaces is an athletes playground. Join coach Woods for a safe, fun filled morning of sports fitness guaranteed to boost your moral and make you sweat! Step on to the football field with this electrifying bootcamp experience that combines athletic development training with tradition group fitness to bring you a one of a kind workout! All you need to bring is a towel and water! All ages and skill levels are welcome!
