URGENT: Need contractor in Walden this week

Our contractor abandoned the job due to a car accident and we have renters coming in this Saturday. There's about 15 hours of work left to be done in the house so a team of 2 should be able to knock it out in a day. Would ideally stop by today in Walden to walk through & agree on everything & create materials list, start tomorrow (Wednesday). List of work to be done: - Install small patch of flooring (Luxury Vinyl) in a hallway - Install a 2x4 from floor to ceiling (to connect a baby gate to) - Install a 4 x 4 from floor to ceiling (as an interim beam) - Stain the 2x4 and 4x4 and a shelf - Install a HVAC control unit (= put old unit back in its place) - Change out water filter - Paint small room (~200 sqf) white - Cover a broken window with tape or the like - Install a vent cover - Install a toilet paper holder and a towel holder - Patch up some dirty spots with white paint - Help move some furniture around More work if there is time Please give me a call if you're available, my number is 347-497-1295
