Carpenter/Painter Full Time - Must be skilled in all phases for local & temporary distant residential properties. Must have own transportation and small tools. Must be self sufficient and able to know & perform what is needed to renovate/repair small projects involving various real estate owned. The temporary location is in Jefferson, NY Schoharie Co. Work there is 4 days or more a week, you can stay at the house for the time you are working there. After that the projects will be local. Call Mike 914-490-1947
