Are you an Excellent Carpenter? Can you finish off a house with trim work and punch list items? Minor Framing, Decks, Interior Door Install, Drywall, Flooring, etc etc. Most of our construction is New Modular Homes. Modular Home experience is a Plus but an Excellent Carpenter can easily learn the trim process of modular construction. Must know how to read plans and follow them. Good clean work is a requirement. Reliable transportation. We will need material lists and ability to place orders. A clean jobsite is very important in this company. Must be well organized and able to multi task. Do you work well independently? And with others when needed? If all this sounds like you then you found the right opportunity to make a Great living doing what you are Great at!
