Primary Objective: The Shop Operations Specialist is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while supporting our warehouse team by fulfilling orders across all platforms, building various system components and performing additional warehouse related tasks as deemed necessary. Responsibilities include: Prepare and provision all types of media players for customer orders. Fulfill Sales orders in NetSuite Refurbish old players, replace hard drives Troubleshoot media players Assembly: Collect all material and equipment, take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit, select or modify components according to measurements and specifications Quality check players and content Maintain equipment in good condition Light warehouse duties including: stock shelves, maintain shelves and player organization Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Able to follow instructions and procedures, both verbal and written Fast learner of new processes, and software tools Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc. Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses) Good understanding of quality control principles Willingness to participate in forklift training (provided on-site) Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition Punctual, accountable, and team focused Must have the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and self-direct, with accuracy PI154017023
