Jobs are to handle commercial Service Calls. For Employees pay is Direct Deposit into your bank every 2 weeks. For Independent Contractors pay is every two weeks to you/your company name. Our company pays for needed supplies and materials for the job - NOT tools. Need to focus 110% on our clients' needs, customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship. Service Calls include: - Fixing doors, cabinets, hinges, handles, simple woodwork, etc. - Fixing dental equipment and supply lines. - Fixing basic plumbing like clogs, flappers, flushing mechanisms, toilets, sinks, drains, faucets, filters, etc. - Basic electrical such as changing lights, ballasts, fixtures switches, outlets, switches and troubleshooting, etc. - Patching and fixing drywall, installing backing, prep and painting. - Fix minor flooring issues with carpeting, tile, VCT, transitions, etc. - General repairs and labor duties, hanging frames, moving furniture, etc. - Team player who can work independently. Basic Requirements: - Must have experience, knowledge, skill and ability to perform a variety of general maintenance tasks. - High School degree or GED and at least 2 years of experience in handyman/maintenance tech work. - Candidates must be legally to work in the US and be over 21 years of age. - Candidates must have a clean and valid driver's license and clean background. Employee Compensation Includes: - Good starting hourly wage at $26.00 Per Hour PLUS $3.00 Per Hour for Gas/Car Use = Total of $29.00 Per Hr. - Paid Vacations after 1 year of continuous employment. - Company 401K Retirement Plan w/company contribution. - Free uniforms shirts. - Dental and Vision insurance with minimal co-pay. - Advancement opportunities. - Employee discount benefits. - Opportunity for more hours and work Work is generally simple, 99% indoors, Mon-Fri.
