The Trainer's Gym has moved! Come check out our Grand Opening! Have you seen the new spot for The Trainer’s Gym yet? It’s 50% bigger, insulated on the floor, 2 bathrooms, natural light along an entire side, private area for body comps and rehab services! Either way - come check out our Grand Opening on Saturday, January 9th from 3-5pm! Our trainers will be there running 5-10:00 mini-workouts so you can get to know them and their style. Then, if you like the space and meet a trainer you'd like to work with - we can set up a free orientation/consultation for any of these services: Personal/small group training (covering all training specialities)Small circuit-style classesSports Performance (including youth)Self-defense (including youth)NutritionHealth CoachingChiropractic/stretchBody Composition AnalysisWe'll also have a ton of vendors there - giving samples and showcasing their products/services! Its going to be an all-around Fitness Expo! Participants of mini-workouts may remove masks during exercise but maintain a distance of 6ft from one another. We will help maintain social distance during workouts, and sanitize any equipment used after every round!
