About the InstructorVanita is a yoga instructor and physical therapist assistant with a passion for helping individuals reach their physical goals. Taking care of yourself, both mentally and physically, helps ease the stresses that come from everyday life. Vanita has turned her years of her personal yoga practice into an exciting adventure of helping others honor their body and mind. Her yoga mat is her go to self love - happy place and she is excited to show you how it can be yours, too!
