Join Erik Harris of Chi for Healing for a guided meditation/journey that will help you to set intentions for the new year and beyond Take some time for yourself to become grounded. As you bring awareness inside, you will discover the light that shines within. The meditation will include -Qigong -Medicinal Aromatherapy -Sound Healing -Crystal Healing Before the meditation begins, Erik will utilize the energy and messages from the Plant and Tree Kingdom from several different Pure Essences. Afterward, Erik will guide us into simple QiGong exercises, allowing for movement of energy through the body. This will aid in helping you to be more open for the meditation experience. Erik will guide you through a powerful meditation aided by wisdom and messages from the Plant kingdom. There will also be soothing and balancing sounds from Erik's myriad of sound tools.
