Knock Down Ceiling Job

Looking for someone with experience and equipment to do a knock down ceiling on my 1650 sq ft, 2 story house in Argyle. Previously had popcorn in every room & hall, but I removed that myself. I also removed most fixtures, except what I needed for light. Flooring also removed. I've rehabbed about a dozen houses now, but I've never bothered learning how to do knock down myself or buying the equipment. That's where you come in. :>} Must have photos of previous work and quality equipment. References from other rehabbers would be a bonus. Must be reliable- show up as per the agreement and do the work as agreed. Everyone wants the job until it's time to get out of bed and show up to work, haha. Lastly, you must actually clean up behind yourself. I respectfully ask that you dont leave a 2 hour clean up job behind you. Hopefully your momma taught you better than that.
