Santa is coming to Centerra and hopes you will visit him in his Workshop at Chapungu! Deck the halls and trim the trees, Santa’s coming to Centerra! Meet this jolly ol’ elf at Chapungu Sculpture Park on Dec. 4, 11 or 18, from 12 – 4 p.m. Have a complimentary picture taken with good St. Nick. Make a holiday craft at the Elves’ Workshop. And, decorate holiday cookies at Mrs. Claus’ Bakery. You may even purchase hot cocoa to dip them in. Remember to bring your letters for Santa and drop them in his mailbox, so he can take them back to the North Pole. Santa loves to hear, in-person, what you want for Christmas. But, he appreciates a written reminder, too. You know he likes to make a list and check it twice. You can be like Santa and help him bring joy to Loveland families in need by donating non-perishable food items to the Food Bank of Larimer County on these days. This event is free, but you must reserve a spot. Hot chocolate will be available for purchase at Mrs. Claus’ Bakery near the entrance to Chapungu on the days of the event. Make it a full holi-day at Centerra. After you visit with Santa, slip on a pair of ice skates at The Promenade Shops’ ice skating rink. Eat, drink and be merry at one of their many restaurants. Then, after dark, head back down to Chapungu Sculpture Park for a stroll through Winter Wonderlights. Delight in 100,000 performing lights, courtesy of the City of Loveland.
