THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE FOR HIRE JOB MUST APPLY DIRECTLY TO SITE New York Residential Snow Removal (NYRSR) is hiring for the 2021/2022 snow season for all 5 Boroughs. We are looking to hire the following: Snow Technicians: Your duties may or will include snow removal of residential and commercial properties and in addition: • Operation of a snow blower • Clear snow from sidewalks, stairs, paved or parking areas • Utilization of equipment in a safe manner • Spreading of salt and de-icers • Assist snow removal team in loading and unloading of materials and supplies • Fueling and performing basic maintenance to your assigned equipment| Pay: $30 Per home (no driveway) $45 Per home (1 driveway) $60 Per Home (2 driveways) $90 (min) Larger projects Dispatch Managers: • Visit prospective clients • Dispatch and Site Manager will be responsible for the dispatch of technicians to all sites and forewarning of technicians to all inclement weather. • Responsible for coordinating routes assigned to snow technicians. • Option to service sites. Pay: Commission and Pay: Average 500 - 1K a week. MUST be able to prove experience and management of a team. Sales Agents: • Responsible for using knowledge of NYRSR company products and services to connect with consumers and generate sales. • Developing sales pitches to sell products or services. • Make cold calls to sales leads • Receive lead and place calls to prospective customers all while maintaining documentation of all sales. Bobcat Operators (must have your own bobcat): Contract to service property areas contracted to NYRSR. $500 per area 3-8 Inches $800 per event 8 and up inches. No repeat visits. Max area Sq. Ft 10K sq. ft. Preferred Interest given to technicians with vehicles in the Queens area MUST APPLY DIRECTLY TO SITE
