A growing Brooklyn based Design/Build firm is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager with experience in commercial building and residential renovations. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Responsibilities  Responsible for the overall management administration of multiple projects.  Provide management and guidance to site Foreman.  Oversee and ensure all facets of the projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.  Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout. Applicant will be hired on a long-term basis and should be willing to work on various jobsite locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Projects in the pipeline include residential renovations, restaurants, bars, and music halls. We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance of work. To apply please email your resume.
