Sunday Yoga workshop with Live Music and Brunch From the tips of your toes to the top of your head, Emma will creatively guide you through a yoga practice designed to help you find an overall sense of ease within your body and comfort within your self. The practice will be enhanced with sacred, live-music. The event will be a celebration of community; both as a reunion and as a way to make new connections with one another. You'll want to stick around after your practice, which will be followed by a healthy brunch and an opportunity for some time with like-minded community and more live-music. Food for the soul will be lovingly provided and prepared by Ferry Hill Center Retreat Coordinators. The Beyonders, featuring Joe Merrick, Marnie Bacon, Deb Ogden, Kerri Hallihan and Alex Pevzner, offer their spirited, singer-songwriter skills with lush harmonies and more than just a hint of Eastern wisdom.
