The Christmas Formal Dance will be in the Saint Louis the Crusader Gym on Saturday, December 4th at 8pm. FORMAL SCHEDULE: Christmas Formal Dance Agenda • 8:00pm – 9:00pm: Seniors, Faculty, & Staff Cocktail Hour in the Gym Loft • 8:00pm – 1:00am: Christmas Formal Dance in the Gym (non-students must RSVP) • 9:00pm: Senior Carol followed by Secret Santa Gifts RSVP INFORMATION: Students do not need to RSVP themselves Christmas Formal is a two part event: Christmas Formal Dinner is a "Closed Event" in the Commons from 6pm-8pm. Dinner is only open to students, faculty and staff (and the spouses of faculty and staff). No guests will be able to attend the dinner due to limited space. Christmas Formal Dance is also a "Closed Event" which will take place in the Gym from 8pm-1am. The Formal Dance is intended for the immediate Christendom Community. Guests of current Faculty, Staff or Students are permitted and must be registered in advance in order to attend the event. As a host you will be responsible for your guest throughout the event. Please make sure to inform them of any applicable policies. This includes but is not limited to; The dress code, the alcohol policy and the code of conduct etc.Student Life expects hosts to remain with their guest throughout the event and will hold hosts responsible for their guest’s behavior. The deadline to RSVP will be Wednesday, December 1st.
