Position Description: The Post Harvest & Packaging associate is responsible for all tasks in cultivation processing from harvest to packaging. Tasks include but are not limited to: • Assisting cultivation staff by hanging harvested plants. • Monitoring of drying cannabis flowers. • Debudding of cannabis flowers. • Monitoring of curing. • Trimming of cannabis flowers. • Operation of joint rolling machine. • Packaging of cannabis flowers and pre-rolls. • Cleaning of work space and materials and machinery used. • Other tasks associated with the final preparation of packaged material and as delegated Requirements: • Must be 21+ • High School diploma or GED • Strong communication skills • Must be able to pass CCC background check • Dependable and Committed to small team envrioment • Positive attitude • Good verbal & written skills.
