Description Immediate openings for DeBotech in Mooresville! We are looking for production associates for light industrial work in a manufacturing environment, Sign-on and referral bonus! 4 day-work weeks Mon - Thurs, 10 hour shifts (11 hours + including breaks). Advancement and long term opportunities available, competitive pay rates, and weekly paychecks. Starting pay based on experience and work history. Job Responsibilities Cut and layup composite materials inside molds, read and understand process documents, vacuum bagging, demolding, manually sand/trim composite materials, mold preparation and cleaning, visual inspection and quality control, packing and shipping. 11 hour shift (10 working hours - two 20 minute unpaid break, one 30 minute unpaid break). Ability to work under pressure to meet tight dead lines. Experience with body work, metal forming, composite materials, molding, CNC experience a plus, but will train. Ability to use hand tools.
