Lucifurr is a true rescue. We found him running around a dollar general store in davenport florida dumped and being shoo’d off my the store while we were vacationing. We couldnt leave him there and brought him back to NY with us. Hes had shots but hasnt yet been spayed. Hes so lovable a little skittish at times but loves belly rubs. Hes been snap tested and no issues. Hes been in a house with many cats for 7 months now. Hes afraid of dogs but tolerates them. Our intent was to foster and socialize and find him a forever home as we have too many as it is. Ive been trying the last 3 months to get an appointment to spay through DSPCA and theyre always booked. Hes had both distempers and rabies shots trimonthly wormings no parasites his adoption fee is $100 slightly negotiable. Some of the cats here tend to bully him so id like to find him a home quickly if possible but want the right family. Hes ok with kids 3+ in my opinion or great for a college kid who needs a companion or an elderly person who needs a calm cat to keep them company. Hes not a maniac like some of our other cats lol. He still plays with bell balls and his scratch post at times but is more of a lap cat. He is terrified of the outdoors rightfully so and doesnt like to ride in the car but will tolerate a short trip. He was very cooperative with the vet techs last time he saw them. Hes not a finicky eater and always uses his box. He does not spray and has yet to have any intentions on calling the wild so to speak. Hes a really good boy. 646-399-3-3-1-4
