In this 4-hour class, we will walk you through selecting and creating your business entity with the State of Indiana, discuss your operating documents, and manage your business accounts. We will then get into setting up your taxes, budget, required filings, managing deductions, maintaining records, legal concerns, hiring employees, setting yourself up for retirement, and more. This class will cover nearly every facet you will need to set your business up for success. When you finish this class, you will have a business entity created, an Excel spreadsheet of budgeting items, list of tax deductions, and so many suggestions and tips, you will wish you paid more.
