Between planning and attending parties, paychecks spread thin, and missing lost loved ones, the holiday season is a perfect storm for burnout and dangerous stress levels. Thankfully, you don’t have to accept holiday stress as inevitable. There are simple and concrete steps you can take to overcome holiday stress, enjoy the season, and enter 2022 with your sanity intact! Where can you learn about these simple steps to overcome your stress and maintain your sanity through the end of the year? Sign up for Overcoming Holiday Stress, a stress management course offered by Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana.
