Established building and property maintenance company looking to add a full time crew member Duties include summer and winter grounds maintenance to include spring and fall cleanups, mowing, and snow removal and ice Managment We also perform building maintenance, repairs, apartment turnovers, improvements, site work etc. Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Valid drivers license, reliable transportation is required and must be able to perform the physical duties described above
