Hearing Screening Training Hearing Screening Training is for those individuals that will be providing screenings at schools (public and private) and licensed child care centers/licensed child care homes in the Region 6/5S Region. Make sure all REQUIRED fields are filled in on your registration. All the information is required for your certification. If the information is not provided you will not receive your certification. Then I make sure to add a customizable email as well : Please wear a mask or face covering. I will be providing the educational program manuals, and please make sure to bring something to write with. If you are interested in the digital copy, just let me know. Attendees must stay for the whole day in order to receive certification. Please do not be late past 15 minutes; otherwise, you will need to attend a different date for certification training. When you are unable to attend the event, please contact me for next available workshop. Important Notice for Attendees: Please make sure bring your facility's audiometer to verify its calibration and registration.
