REQUIREMENTS AND JOB DUTIES: • Must be able to drive a manual transmission on our 24’ Freightliner and handle the size on our 26’ Freightliner. We can train you to drive and move the Higher Ground Way as long as you have the will to learn. • Able to lift at least 100 lbs., move, push, pull, sit and stand for long periods of time. Fitness is a must. • Ability to climb stairs on a daily basis and find joy in it with your crew. This job will make you fit as a fiddle. • Drivers must meet qualifications to become DOT certified. We will run your license number and MVR. •All employees must pass DOT background checks; no felons, no violent past, no theft. We are trusted with everything somebody owns and has worked their whole lives for so we need to be trustworthy. •We want to hire someone who can grow with us and become management or even a franchise owner.
