If you answered yes, Better View Landscapes has excellent opportunities for snow service professionals who love snow as much as we do and are committed to maintaining properties in a safe and professional manner. We offer a fun/safe workplace where you can be part of a great team. This is an on-call position that pays hourly. Hours fluctuate seasonally: Must be available on an on-call basis typical start times for storms is 2-3am. APPLY NOW: Requirements: -Provide outstanding plowing/shoveling service and keep our client's properties safe from the dangers snow and ice can create. -You must be a team player and team builder, who enjoys skill sharing, is a problem solver and is looking to be a part of a team of professionals. -Must be available on an on-call basis for each snowfall 2" or more. -Operate snow shovel, blowers and apply deicing products to walkways. -Must have reliable transportation to our location -Be available on an "on-call" basis -Must be able to get our location 1 hour from the time called -Good verbal and written communication skills -Clean driving record of at least 3 years -Ability to work outside in cold weather for several hours at a time -Ability to work individually or with a team -Driver License (increase in Pay) Mandatory for Plow Driver -Must have Smartphone Benefits: -Paid Holidays, base X 2 on holidays *as defined in our handbook. -Additional productivity-based Incentives -Paid Training on snow equipment and operation -Safety gear provided (except steel toe footwear) -Uniforms provided -Company refrigerator STOCKED (We’ll ask for your favorite drinks and snacks - get your list ready) Wage: $20-$30/hr, based on experience, licensing/certifications, and skill set.
