Seeking drummer for newly forming band. Going for a mellower style of rock - jazzy, trance, minimalist, ambient, groove... not sure what to call it just yet. The right drummer can help set the direction. If you write lyrics or play another instrument of any kind, that's even better. Think Radiohead, Mazzy Star, Massive Attack, Fiona Apple, Sigur Ros, Bjork Open to your ideas! Must be over 21, drug free. Some experience preferred. Current band members range 30-50 years old. Large comfortable basement practice space. BYOB. Hope to practice 2-3 times a month on weekends, eventually play out.
