installing 4 lally columns and 4"inch concrete floor

looking for an experienced and licensed crew to convert a barn into 3 car garage. Will provide plans upon request. Need estimates for the following scope of work: 1. Install 4 Lally columns in barn basement 24 x 24 x 12 footing 2. Install 1 HSS column 3. New concrete block wall on 3 sides in the barn basement 4. Remove the wooden floor on 1st floor of basement 5. Install and fasten 0.6 c metal decking floor 6. Install 3 inch concrete floor with welded wire fabric reinforcing pitch slab towards new garage 7. Install 3 windows (same size as existing windows inside the barn) on south side wall of barn 8. Replace 1 large window on north side wall 9. Create L-shaped wall on the 1st floor of barn as show in the plan 10. Remove existing floor from second floor in the unfinished area of the bar 11. Install LVL beam to install new floor joists on agreed upon height to cover the entire second floor inside of the new garage and 3 additional LVL headers to support garage door 12. Create ceiling in garage to cover entire second floor 13. Install 12 electrical outlets based on plan 14. Cut the east side of barn wall to create 3 openings for 8ft wide x 9ft height garage 15. Finish the outside of garage with 6 inch wide wooden trim and finish with exterior paint 16. Finish inside of barn with insulation 17. Install sheetrock, plaster, paint to finish the inside of the barn on 1st floor
