Re-homing 1-year old dog to GREAT home

Bear is a 39 pound, 14-month-old neutered Border Collie Mix that I have been fostering. He is house broken, crate trained, and knows basic skills like Sit, Stay, Wait. He loves playing fetch with his ball and craves petting and hugs. He gets along well with my two other dogs and ignores my two cats. Has not been around small children, older kids might be OK. He is young and active so he would prefer living with other dogs his size or larger to play with. He is UTD on all his shots as of 11/12/21 with 3-year rabies and heart worm negative. Re-homing fee of $123 to cover Vet costs. To APPROVED home only with fenced yard or acreage to run safely.
