Immediate opening for a motivated individual to assist with maintenance duties for both inside and outside projects on a mid size townhome community. Experience preferred, but not required. Duties include painting, unit make ready, grounds upkeep and other related maintenance duties. This position offers an individual the opportunity to learn from a maintenance professional.
