PRIMARY FUNCTION * Work Order Pulling: Picks components per work order pick list from warehouse locations to stage on pallet in correct sequence. * Receiving: unloads, unpacks, and verifies incoming materials to supplier packing list, do visual inspection to identify any transportation damage, and performs necessary systems transactions and move material to final warehouse location. * Shipping: Runs periodic shipper/pick ticket batches, picks finished goods for the tickets and confirms counts/weights before packaging and booking shipment. * Cycle Counting: Counts assigned parts and warehouse locations to sort, consolidate and confirm system quantities and part condition. Makes necessary inventory adjustments in system and report to QC if defects are found. * Prepares materials by stacking or packing them in boxes, crates, or on skids suitable to transport safely between sites or to external customers. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES * Must be able to obtain an in-house forklift certification * Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. * Ability to read and interpret documents, procedures and instructions satisfactorily to successfully perform assigned duties in a safe manner. * Ability to manage competing priorities.
