Rental Department seeking to expand and hire new staff... Work in mostly Cape Coral and in Fort Myers Must Possess the following skillset: Must be able to take direction from supervisor and follow directions. Must be mechanically inclined Must possess good knowledge of general painting, trim painting, etc and basic drywall prep repairs. Basic hand tools a plus and reliable transportation a must. All specialized tools will be supplied. Pay for this position is 13-14/ hour based upon skillset. This is an entry-level position, please do not apply if this hourly wage does not work for you.
