Take a deep breath and relax with gentle gong meditation while in our Chrysalis Emergence Room. This hour-long class begins with short walk thru our Butterfly Conservatory. Then back to Emergence Gallery to guide guests through a series of stretches and meditations and receive our gong meditation, often called a gong bath. Bring mat, water, small pillow and comfortable clothing. Ages 18 & up; $30/person. Limit 10. Pre-registration required; visit EventBrite.com to register or call (480) 800-3000, ext. 206. This event is held in Cafe first for light refreshments then guests will head to Theater to enjoy the movie.
