Cold water exposure offers a great way to reduce physical, mental and emotional stress and heal the body and mind.
Why would you try a cold bath?
Cold water exposure has numerous health benefits:

Most people don't like it at first! But they try, and they never regret they did.
To prepare you for this experience, we will do breath work and grounding, and finish the event with a group meditation. This is not a "get in and get out" session. Instead, it's a beautiful and empowering experience that makes you realize that you can do anything that you put your mind into!
The session is held in a beautiful location in North Phoenix with a gorgeous backyard, plenty of plants and even a sacred labyrinth you can walk before or after the session. Healing sounds and sage may be used.
