Crate Builder /Box Builder

Description

The Box Builder is responsible for building shipping crates and also the packaging of parts that will properly protect them while in transit. Responsibilities Build crates and repack orders for shipment. Operate forklift to move crates or materials when necessary. Ability to read blueprints for the building of custom crates as required by our customers. Operate a variety of equipment such as saws, nail guns, drills, tape machine, foam machine etc. Assist operations on the Shipping/Receiving dock as needed. Perform general building maintenance and janitorial needs as necessary. Perform other duties and specific projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience Experience with OSHA regulations, including but not limited to lock out / tag out and machine guarding Basic computer skills Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions Please apply in person and bring 2 valid ID'S WE ARE A DRUG FREE WORK PLACE!!
