Come and learn all about adopting a greyhound and helping them transition to your forever home. Our Adoption Coordinators will be explaining how to prepare for your first greyhound. This is a free training and so critical to the successful transition of the greyhound to retirement. We strongly recommend all new greyhound owners attend this training regardless of dog experience. Even if you’ve just recently adopted your first greyhound,we would love to have you. We will cover: Transition anxiety and the adjustment period Gear Kids and greyhounds Other dogs and greyhounds Food/bedding Monthly medications and general care of your new greyhound Tips and tricks for working with your new greyhound An opportunity to ask questions
