Press release from the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office: October 22, 2021 This morning about 4:20 a.m. a crash occurred in the 4000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Big Chimney, WV. One person was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead. That driver, Barbara Facemyer (61 of Sissonville, WV) was driving a sedan, crossed the center line of the road and struck a pickup truck head-on.     This press release was produced by the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office.
