WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help finding a lost dog's owner. "This sweet boy was found roaming on Yates St.," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "No tags or microchip, if anyone has any information on him, please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter between 8am and 3pm any day 203-937-3642 (please leave all messages in the general voicemail)."
