Press release from the Town of Chelmsford: November 16, 2021 A blasting permit has been issued for the UPS parking lot site on Brick Kiln Road (1 UPS Road). The blasting is expected to take place on Wednesday, November 17th and Thursday, November 18th between 8am-4pm.
